Sherri's Book: Coffee Cafe

I wrote this book to provide an overview of coffee origin and Barista introduction and to provide a slew of creative coffee recipes that any professional Barista, home schooled Barista or coffee enthusiast could replicate and enjoy. Recipes include hot, cold, iced, blended and some with alcohol. Dessert drinks, summer afternoon sipping, evening enjoyment or morning wake ups! Recipes are able to be prepared using traditional espresso, toddy (a cold water brewing process) and simple double strength brewed coffee. So, anyone with a passion can prepare. Some recipes are submitted by internationally recognized baristi, too. Beautiful photographs accompany each recipe to inspire. Spiral bound for easy use at bar. Author and Barista: I not only wrote the book but personally prepared each and every drink for the photo shoot. Needless to say, throughout the entire shoot, we were perfected "buzzed" on coffee!
